I've often felt invisible or as if people might not quite see me. Spacing out has been a recurring theme and also dizziness. Relaxing control and trusting in being in the moment brings me joy in being present and awareness of the subtle beauty of change, in myself and the world.

Interweaving colour with space can create a lyrical, light-hearted sense of being:
" Colour is a kind of bliss, jouissance, ecstasy, like a closing eyelid, a tiny fainting spell, a lapse, a descent, a fall, having the power to annihilate" Roland Barthes (1986) The Responsibility of Forms, Blackwell p166.
